Ordering an item from SyberPlace.com? We deliver to any address in India. Every Rupee we spend comes out of our customers’ pockets. We have a responsibility to minimize costs while delivering quality of services that our customers have come to expect of us. We use the following criteria to identify locations for Standard Delivery at lower costs:

1. Population of more than 1 million, to distribute the costs over a larger customer base

2. Literacy rate better than 70%, emphasis on women literacy along with men: The socio-economic class of customers that we address, women have considerable influence in buying decisions

3. Proximity to our distribution hubs in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai

4. Relationship banking support for consumer finance requirements to fulfill aspirations

5. After-sales customer services

We have Standard Delivery for 14 of the 26 largest towns in India, including 6 of the 8 metropolitan areas:

SyberPlace provides a Custom Delivery solution for all addresses not in these 14 metropolitan areas.

 All items purchased from SyberPlace are made pursuant to a dispatch contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Costs

Standard Delivery cost is charged at 5% of the order value, with a minimum of Rs. 499, at any of the 14 locations.

If you choose to group at least 3 items into a “product suite” with a minimum total order value of Rs. 100,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh) delivered to a single address, we deliver for FREE. This offer is not valid on single item orders or for multi-address deliveries, even if the order value is Rs. 100,000 or more.

SyberPlace delivers to any address in India. We would be glad to calculate for you the costs for a custom solution, should you like to use our services for any location other than those listed here for Standard Delivery.

To ensure your order is delivered safely and securely, SyberPlace partners with logistics industry leaders: India Posts, Gati, DTDC, Blue Dart, Overnite Express. At this time, SyberPlace does not offer the choice of picking your carrier. This is to ensure your order is delivered in the shortest possible time, while keeping our pledge of minimizing costs.

SyberPlace strictly follows a “no gratuity” policy for all its service providers. All the delivery agents are aware of this policy. However, if any of the delivery associates requests for gratuity, please let him know that the same has been included in the payment that you have made to the company.

Arrival Time

Please allow 5 – 8 business days for the delivery of your order, including 2 days for warehouse processing and 3 – 6 days for transit. Delivery times vary according to products and distance from our distribution hub. Not all products are available at all of our distribution hubs. In our attempt to minimize costs, we are always looking at opportunities for bulk delivery by bundling orders from different customers; and, this also adds to the business days that we need to deliver.

We are working at introducing Express Delivery as an option for delivery within 2-3 business days, which is currently undergoing beta test. Should your order dispatch get selected for this beta test, you may get the benefit of Express Delivery at no additional cost.

Although we deliver goods within the committed time period, but there could be occasional delays. We will contact you, in case deliveries are expected to get delayed. Top

Non-Delivery

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undelivered package to us, we cancel the order and issue a refund after adjusting the cancellation fee of 5% from the order value and the delivery cost.

We are unable to re-dispatch orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers call you to deliver a package. Packages always require a customer signature. If the customer is not present to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us.

Refused by Recipient: If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, s/he may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way. Top

Delivery

Deliveries to your home or business are managed by our logistics partners: India Posts, Gati, DTDC, Blue Dart, Overnite Express, and are typically delivered in their delivery trucks, by their associates.

The delivery service you will receive is called a "curb side" or "lift gate" service; the agent will unload the packages from the truck for you. Carriers may deliver into the room of your choice; but, they may not bring an item up stairs for delivery. If this room is at a floor other than the truck level, you’ll arrange for the use of the elevators or other mechanized lift arrangement, for the packages to be delivered to your satisfaction. If you need SyberPlace to arrange for this, please let us know before your order is dispatch; and, we’ll be glad to provide a custom solution for your special needs, at costs.

Delivery agents are not supposed to unpack, or provide any kind of installation assistance. SyberPlace sells only original products from manufacturers; and, you are entitled to after-sales service directly from the manufacturer(s). Our customer care associates will be delighted to assist you with this.

We guarantee to deliver the exact product you selected, without defects, directly from the manufacturers. Please inspect the product, on delivery, to match with your order. In case you have received a different product, or if the product was damaged in transit, please refuse to take delivery or immediately contact us.

An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery. Top
